Application tips:

• Wash and disinfect your and your client's hands. Put on gloves. Assess the condition of your client's hands and nails to ensure there are no contraindications to the treatment.
• Push back cuticles with a pick or stick and work them with a cutter, such as Cuticle 9 or 1.
• Shape the nails using a 180/240 or 100/180 grit file.
• To roughen up the nails, use a 100/180 grit buffer or a 240 grit mandrel, or a Diamond II or Diamond III polisher.
• Remove dust from the tile with a brush, brush or compressed air.
• Saturate a lint-free cotton swab with Cleaner 1 and thoroughly degrease the tile.
• Apply the appropriate primer (Acid Free Primer or Acid Primer).
• Apply a thin layer of your chosen base, e.g. Protein Base, and cure in the lamp (30 seconds in a MultiLed lamp).
• If needed, apply a second, thicker layer of base coat to gently even out or build up the nail. You can even out the surface of the base coat with a thin brush, such as Master Nail Art 007, or you can turn the client's hand to use gravity to shape the upper nail arch. Re-cure the nail design. Due to the thicker layer of product, you can extend the curing time to 60 seconds in a MultiLed lamp.
• Apply the first layer of colour and do not press the brush into the nail plate. Cure 30 seconds in the MultiLed.
• Cover the plate with a second coat of colour. Cuticle area and sideburns can be smoothed with Master Nail Art Brush 004 or 006. Cure 30 seconds in the MultiLed.
• Secure the styling with a top coat, e.g. Tip Top or Wet Look, and put your hands back in the lamp for 30-60 seconds.
• Wait a minimum of one minute for the product to cool slightly after removal from the lamp.
• If you have chosen a top with a sticky layer*, remove it with a cotton swab soaked in Shea Super Shine Effect Cleaner No.3.
• To add even more shine to your nails, you can finish by polishing with a dry dust-free cotton swab.
