Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sara Nails. These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and, where applicable, bookings for our professional nail training courses.

By placing an order with Sara Nails, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. About Sara Nails

Sara Nails supplies professional nail products, salon essentials, tools, training courses and related services to customers across the UK and Ireland.

Our products are carefully selected for professional use by nail technicians, salons, beauty professionals and students. Some products may require professional knowledge, training or safe handling.

2. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order if:

  • An item is unavailable
  • There is an error in the price or product information
  • Payment has not been authorised
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
  • Delivery details are incomplete or incorrect

If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.

3. Product Information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours, prices and stock information are accurate. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting or photography.

Product packaging, branding or ingredients may occasionally change. Please always read product labels, instructions and safety information before use.

Sara Nails is not responsible for misuse of products or incorrect application.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions and offers at any time. Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

5. UK & Ireland Delivery

We deliver to the UK and Ireland.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. For Ireland, delivery is available with DPD at €7.

For Irish customers, there are no additional customs duties to pay on orders placed through Sara Nails.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, busy periods, weather, strikes, customs checks or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods. This follows UK and Irish online shopping rules.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition
  • Returned with proof of purchase

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, including but not limited to gels, liquids, nail products, tools or items where the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty. UK and Irish consumer guidance allows hygiene-sensitive sealed items to be excluded from change-of-mind returns once opened.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law. Any upgraded or express delivery costs may not be refunded.

8. Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, details of the fault and photos or videos where possible.

Faulty items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the item is confirmed as faulty, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or store credit, depending on the situation and your legal rights.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used nail products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Digital products or downloadable materials once accessed
  • Gift cards
  • Training course bookings, except as stated in our training terms below

10. Training Course Bookings

Training course spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your place. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If you need to reschedule your training, please contact us as early as possible. We will always try to help, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible at short notice.

Sara Nails reserves the right to reschedule a course due to illness, emergency, low attendance or circumstances outside our control. If this happens, we will offer an alternative date.

Course content, duration and included materials may vary depending on the training booked.

11. Professional Use & Product Safety

Many of our products are intended for professional use only. By purchasing professional nail products from Sara Nails, you confirm that you are responsible for using them safely and correctly.

You should always follow manufacturer instructions, patch testing guidance, allergy advice and safe working practices.

Sara Nails is not liable for reactions, damage, incorrect application or misuse caused by improper use of products.

12. Offers, Discounts & Promotions

Promotions, discount codes and offers are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Discount codes:

  • Must be entered at checkout
  • Cannot usually be combined with other offers
  • May exclude selected brands, products, courses or sale items
  • Cannot be applied after an order has been placed

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sara Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly used gift cards.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy content without permission, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

All website content, including images, text, branding, graphics and design, belongs to Sara Nails or its content suppliers and must not be copied or reused without permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

Sara Nails is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of income, loss of business, loss of profit, or damage caused by misuse of products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

By continuing to use our website or place orders after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
