Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, add your chosen products to your basket and follow the checkout steps. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as you can after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we’ll look into it for you.

Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Discount codes usually apply to full-price items only, unless stated otherwise. Some promotions may also have a minimum spend or product exclusions.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the UK and Ireland.

How much is delivery?

For UK orders, delivery is £4.99 with DPD or Royal Mail.

For Ireland orders, delivery is €7 with DPD.

Delivery costs will also be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Will Irish customers have to pay customs duties?

No. Customers in Ireland can shop with Sara Nails without unexpected customs duties.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details where available.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for your delivery method.

Products

Are your products suitable for professional use?

Yes. Sara Nails supplies professional nail products for nail technicians, salons, beauty professionals and those training in the nail industry.

Can beginners shop with Sara Nails?

Yes, beginners are welcome to shop with us. However, some products are designed for trained professionals and should be used safely and correctly.

Do you sell gel polish, BIAB and acrylic products?

Yes, we stock a range of professional nail products including gel polish, builder gels, acrylics, nail art, tools and salon essentials.

Are product colours exactly as shown online?

We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting and device.

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, please check back soon as we regularly update our stock and new arrivals.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes, returns may be accepted in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. Items must usually be unused, unopened and in their original condition. Check our policy here.

Are all products returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be suitable for return once opened or used. This may include certain nail products, liquids, tools or personal-use items.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review this and help you with the next steps.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are usually processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Do you offer nail training courses?

Yes. Sara Nails offers professional nail training with Sara Tomczyk, founder of Sara Nails and an award-winning nail educator based in Northern Ireland.

What training courses are available?

Training may include BIAB, electric file, manicure, nail extensions, acrylic, pedicure, nail art and other professional nail techniques.

Are the courses suitable for beginners?

Some courses may be suitable for beginners, while others may require previous experience. Please check the course details before booking or contact us if you’re unsure.

Where does training take place?

Training is based in Northern Ireland. Full location details will be provided with the course information or booking confirmation.

How do I book a training course?

You can browse available training courses online and follow the booking instructions on the course page. If you have any questions before booking, please contact us.

Account & Loyalty

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order with Sara Nails. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account makes future orders quicker and easier, and helps you keep track of your order history.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Yes, Sara Nails has a points-based loyalty programme where customers can collect points and enjoy rewards. Full details are available on our loyalty programme page or pop-up.
