Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

UK Delivery

We ship orders across the UK using trusted courier services, including DPD and Royal Mail. UK delivery is £4.99. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 1–3 working days.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as Sara Nails cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.

Ireland Delivery

We deliver to customers in Ireland with DPD delivery for €7.

As Sara Nails is based in Northern Ireland, Irish customers can shop with confidence — there are no import duties or hidden customs charges.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and destination.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly, including Eircode where applicable, to avoid delays.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail products, liquids, gels, polishes, tools or any items where the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
