Julia Nessa Glossy Powder is a beautiful nail effect powder with a purple shine that shifts into blue with a delicate silver glow.
It creates a smooth, mirror-like surface that reflects the light beautifully, giving the manicure a mysterious, elegant and magical finish. Perfect for clients who love cool-toned, deep and eye-catching nail effects.
How to apply:
Cure Pure Shine Top for 30 seconds.
Using the included applicator or your finger, rub the powder into the sticky layer.
Gently mattify the side edges and free edge with a 120/120 buffer. Do not touch the top surface.
Remove dust carefully with a brush, making sure not to remove the powder.
Apply your chosen top coat and cure according to the product instructions.
