Our Returns Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items to us.
- Hygiene Rules: For strict health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or unsealed products (including gel polishes, builder gels, and prep liquids). Items must be 100% unused and in original packaging.
- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
