Yoshi Rubber Base No. 12 10ml is a flexible rubber base in a light pastel-pink shade with a soft pearlescent sheen.

The delicate colour gives the nails a fresh, subtly illuminated appearance and is suitable both as a base underneath gel polish and as a minimal, natural-looking manicure on its own.

Designed especially for thin, flexible and problematic nails, its rubber structure adapts to the movement of the natural nail plate while helping strengthen and stabilise it.

The medium-thick, self leveling consistency helps smooth unevenness and minor imperfections while allowing slight building of the natural nail.

Rubber Base

Yoshi Rubber Base is a flexible rubber base designed especially for thin, flexible and problematic natural nails where traditional hard bases may be more prone to lifting.

Its rubber structure adapts to movement of the natural nail while helping reinforce the nail plate and improve adhesion of gel polish.

The formula can also be used to level the nail surface, smooth minor imperfections and create a slight build. Its self leveling consistency helps the product settle evenly without flooding the cuticles.

Yoshi also states that Rubber Base can enhance the intensity of pastel and neon gel polish colours.

Contraindications

Do not use in cases of:

  • Disease or abnormal changes to the nail plate or surrounding area, including fungal infections, paronychia, yeast infections, periungual or subungual warts, nail psoriasis or separation of the nail plate
  • Inflammatory or allergic conditions
  • Nail injuries, infections of the nails or surrounding areas, or cuts
  • Irritation of the cuticles or nail plate caused during a manicure
  • Hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the product
