Excellent PRO Top No Wipe Say Holo! is a transparent effect top coat filled with holographic glitter particles that catch the light from every angle.
The sparkling holographic finish transforms any base colour, adding extra shine and dimension without covering the shade underneath. It looks beautiful over gel polish colours and can also be used over builder gel to give natural manicures a subtle but eye-catching sparkle.
Its no wipe formula leaves no sticky dispersion layer after curing, so there is no need to cleanse the nail. The specially developed formula is resistant to abrasion and dulling, helping the manicure maintain its glossy finish for weeks.
