Traditional Acrylic uses a liquid monomer and a powder polymer that air-dries quickly, requiring fast sculpting. Acrylogel is a pre-mixed, putty-like hybrid that has no strong odor, does not air-dry (giving you unlimited time to shape it), and must be cured in a UV/LED lamp like a gel.
Do I need a special liquid to work with Acrylogel?

Yes, you need a dedicated "Slip Solution" or a gentle cleanser. This liquid is not a monomer and doesn't activate the product; it simply stops your brush from sticking to the Acrylogel so you can smooth and pat it into place.
