BASIC INFORMATION

The basic training in nail styling with the acrylic method is addressed to people who want to start their adventure with nail styling.

After signing up for the course, you will receive a set of training materials developed by Indigo Educators on occupational Health and Safety, nail diseases and styling methods (in a step-by-step version). All the received texts will help to consolidate the knowledge gained during the training.

During this training, you will gain the basic knowledge essential to start working as a professional Nail Technician. You will learn how to take care of a workplace, ensuring the safety of yourself and your clients. In the beginning, the instructor will first discuss the submitted materials and answer related questions. Then, they will show you the natural nail structure, explain the specialist vocabulary, and tell you in detail about the products and auxiliary preparations needed to perform nail stylisation using the acrylic method.

After completing the theoretical part, it will be time for practice. You will learn an effective method of matching the template/form to the shape of natural nails and then perform nail extensions in 2 salon shapes. You will also learn to apply the colour correctly and how to easily paint a French. Finally, you will learn how to correctly choose the proportions of acrylic mass and apply it to the nail plate quickly.

You will also learn the techniques of filing and working with a milling machine, and you will perform the treatment of removing extended nails.

At the end of the training, there will be a short written exam on the knowledge gained during the training and information sent by e-mail. Based on the exam, the International Certificate Indigo Acryl Basic Almond & Oval Course will be issued.

• learning how to style nails with a painted French tip
• learning the correct filing
• learning how to remove styling correctly
• discussion of the infill treatment

After passing the written exam, the student receives the Indigo Acryl Basic Almond & Oval Course Certificate in English.
